This type of training is offered to clients who have previously trained and is looking to improve all around strength and muscle density. With proper form and training technique clients notice improvement in their appearance and overall strength.

Weight training focused on helping clients build core strength and power while gaining healthy weight. Dynamic training will be the main focus along side healthy weight gain by building muscle mass. Clients will log food and meal prep in order to attain the necessary calories to gain healthy weight.
Clients will receive one-on-one training in the comfort of their own home. Training will be geared towards clients fitness level and be conducted through SKYPE or FACETIME.
